Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance budgeting forecasting and long-term business planning.
• Oversee financial control reporting governance and compliance across the group.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategy expansion and commercial decisions.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure strong financial discipline and accuracy.
• Implement and improve financial systems processes and controls.
• Be hands-on willing to get involved in the detail while maintaining a strategic overview.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications :

• CA(SA) essential

Experience :

• Minimum 7 years senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or retail
• Proven record of adding commercial value and driving growth
• Strong financial control strategy and operational finance background
