Job Opportunity: Intellectual Property Disputes Associate

We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 1-5 years of experience at a large law firm to join our intellectual property disputes practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office to which you are applying.

Salary Range
  1. California and Washington, DC: $225,000 to $435,000
  2. Washington State:
    1. Summer Associate: $4,326 weekly
    2. Junior Associate: $225,000 - $260,000
    3. Mid-Level Associate: $310,000 - $390,000
Compensation Details

For CA/DC positions, the final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors. The total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits, which will be detailed upon an employment offer. The position is at-will, and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits.

For Washington State, the salary range will be discussed during the interview and may be outside the stated range based on individual circumstances. Benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, participation in a 401(k) plan, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, personal days, sick leave, vacation, parental leave, pregnancy disability leave, and other employee assistance programs. The position is at-will, with potential modifications to compensation and benefits.
