Qualifications

• Proven experience managing retail or commercial centres.

Responsibilities

• Manage centre inspections and tenant liaison on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with OHS and maintain tenant records.
• Conduct market assessments for income and expense control.
• Implement planned maintenance programs and manage contractors.
• Negotiate leases and renewals with tenants.
