A social housing provider is seeking Care & Support Assistants to deliver essential services to residents in eMakhazeni (Belfast). This role includes providing care and support, promoting resident wellbeing, and ensuring safety. The position offers flexibility in work hours, with training provided. Competitive pay rates are included. Ideal candidates will have good communication and basic numeracy skills, along with a willingness to train and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
The Care & Support Assistant will deliver care and support services which promote the welfare and wellbeing of residents and safeguard them from harm.

Care & Support Assistants on our flexi registers will be offered work on an ‘as and when required basis’ for each of our schemes. Both full time, part time and variable work patterns are currently available. The availability of applicants will be discussed at interview.
