Job DescriptionAnticipated contract length / Duration : August - March 31st, Our client, a leading global IT solutions and services organisation, is seeking a Campaign Manager who can translate business priorities into impactful, multichannel marketing campaigns - with a strong emphasis on demand generation and pipeline impact.

This is a strategic role at the intersection of campaign execution and marketing communications.

It requires someone with hands-on experience in full-funnel campaign strategy, including the ability to help shape messaging frameworks and articulate compelling value propositions.

While messaging refinement and creative will be supported by content and design leads, we are looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between campaign planning and narrative development, ensuring tight alignment between execution and strategic messaging intent.What you will do : Translate business goals into integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, and partner ecosystems).Collaborate closely with the Campaign Director and content leads to shape and guide messaging frameworks and value propositions.Lead end-to-end campaign planning, coordination, and execution, including calendar and milestone management.Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data insights to optimise strategies.Work cross-functionally with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure brand consistency and narrative cohesion.Partner with internal and external teams, including the Centre of Excellence (CoE), for design execution.Activate and localise campaigns across regional markets in collaboration with sales and local stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience managing integrated B2B campaigns, ideally within large or complex global organisations.Deep understanding of demand generation and pipeline-focused strategies.Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and shape campaign narratives.Marketing communications background or experience in content strategy is highly beneficial.Strong collaboration skills with Content Writers, Strategists, and Creative teams.Familiarity with campaign performance metrics, marketing automation tools, and campaign planning systems.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.Experience working across regional or global teams.Exposure to industry verticals such as financial services, tech, or manufacturing is a plus.Additional notes : This role is not focused on design or brand execution - creative will be managed by the CoE.Copywriting support is available; however, the successful candidate must have the strategic marketing acumen to shape and guide messaging directionally.We are seeking someone who truly understands that what we say is just as important as how we say it, and can ensure that messaging and execution work in harmony.
