Previous call centre experience will be given preference. Duties : We looking for remote Call Centre Agents with sales experience or basic Call centre / Customer service background. USA Global Marketing runs various campaigns across the globe, We are looking for Agents to join our campaigns running depending on experience levels, we offer promotional growth, weekly bonuses, commission and spiffs as well as basic salary structure. Further Information : Extensive script and system training is provided. In this position you need to be energetic, enthusiastic and confident. Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets) . Smart phone with WhatsApp essential. Lan / Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection). MUST have atleast 64BIT processor. MUST have atleast 8GB RAM. Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator. (MUST last 4-8 hours) All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.
