A dynamic lead generation company is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the sales cycle and close high-ticket deals. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of B2B sales experience, a track record of exceeding targets, and is comfortable with consultative selling. This remote role offers flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped commission alongside strong support for both inbound and outbound leads.

LGG is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can own the sales cycle, speak consultatively with decision-makers, and consistently turn qualified leads into closed deals.
Running qualified discovery and demo calls with inbound and outbound leads.
Closing high-ticket deals (typically £1k–£5k+)
Working closely with our campaign and delivery team to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Feeding back insights from sales conversations to improve targeting and messaging.
Managing your pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot) with precision.
Continuously refining your scripts, objection-handling, and pitch strategy.
Has 2+ years of B2B sales or closing experience, ideally in SaaS, digital services, or consulting.
Is comfortable selling over video interview and can manage a consultative sales process end-to-end.
Can demonstrate a track record of hitting or exceeding targets — with metrics to back it up.
Has worked with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.
Can write well, speak with clarity, and present ideas in a persuasive, confident way.
Is hungry to grow, learn, and challenge themselves daily.
Have closed deals over £5k+ with 1–3 call close cycles.
Have created your own sales scripts or improved sales processes.
Are familiar with NEPQ, SPIN, or other consultative sales methodologies.
Have worked remotely or with international clients.
