Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer based in the Eastern Cape (East London). The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing civil engineering projects, planning, managing stormwater systems, and ensuring the overall quality and compliance of civil engineering designs. The role requires regular collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders to develop efficient and effective solutions for various urban and transport development projects.

Qualifications

• BS Eng (Civil) Degree. A degree with Honours will be an advantage.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Transport Planning and development.
• PR Eng registered as a Professional Engineer at ECSA.
• Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Stormwater Management
• Knowledge in Civil Engineering and collaboration with Civil Engineers for project implementation
• Skills in planning and executing civil engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
