Hire Resolve has partnered with a Medical Billing company that provides medical practitioners with a range of medical account administration to find a Billing Agent Expert Leader to join their team in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

• Patient data capturing
• Patient Billing for a variety of Specialist Doctors, Allieds, GP’s
• Have expert knowledge on charge codes and ICD-10 codes for all Specialists, Allieds and GP’s
• Receipts and distribution of billing
• Billing optimisation
• Understands the various medical aid agreements
• Ensure correctness of billing and abide by each practice’s agreement
• Billing queries
• Double-check correctness of billing before posting
• Recordkeeping of queries
• Keep up to date with new billing rules in the industry by any means necessary
• Follow the SAMA billing guide
• Review workflows to determine effectiveness and opportunities
• Excellent communicator
• Bill for all specialist doctors

Requirements

• Matric
• Basic and Intermediate ICD-10 coding advantageous
