Barman / Bartender

We are recruiting an experienced Barman to join a high‑end restaurant environment. This role is suited to someone who is service‑driven, detail‑oriented and confident working in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation and portion control
• Set up and maintain the bar area before, during and after service
• Manage bar stock, including stock counts and replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety requirements
• Engage professionally with guests and contribute to an excellent guest experience
• Work closely with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations

Minimum requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barman or Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Good knowledge Brug of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar service standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude
