About The Role

Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to change the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed by $M in funding from VCs worldwide. We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery, and now introduce financial services to help users pay, save and borrow digitally.

Responsibilities

• Craft a robust AI strategy and product vision at scale, working with customers and app domains to identify AI opportunities.
• Own the product roadmap, oversee execution, balance requirements across products and countries, and maintain team health.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track KPIs, iterate on features, and optimize performance.
• Foster strong ties with partner teams, communicate progress, anticipate roadblocks, and align objectives across stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues, build a culture of feedback and trust, and actively contribute to personal and team growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager solving business problems using AI/ML products.
• Proficiency in AI technologies and Machine Learning concepts, with strong technical understanding to collaborate with development teams.
• Successful track record managing products across remote teams.
• Experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility, on-demand, or delivery space is a plus.
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
