ROLE SUMMARY

Green Media is recruiting an Agency Partnerships Executive to establish relationships with advertising agencies and introduce them to the Green Media platform. This is a hunter role focused on outreach, presenting the Green Media solution to agency teams, and driving agency adoption. Once an agency is registered on the platform, internal account teams manage onboarding and delivery.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To build and scale an agency acquisition pipeline that results in consistent presentations, registrations and active agency users within the first 90 days.

KEY OUTCOMES
Outcome 1 : Agency Registrations
  • Target : 30 to 40 registrations in the first 90 days
  • Qualified agencies must:
    • Have decision‑making authority
    • Influence media buying
    • Introduce brand clients
    • Be South Africa based (Africa optional)
Outcome 2 : Agency Presentations and Workshops
  • Target : 80 presentations in the first 90 days
  • Target : 10 agency workshops booked
  • Follow‑up process must be executed for all presentations
Outcome 3 : Agency Activation
  • Target : 6 to 8 agencies actively submitting qualified brand leads
  • Target : 1 to 3 agencies generating signed‑off client deals
  • Deals are handed to Account Managers for fulfilment
Outcome 4 : CRM and Reporting
  • 100 percent of contacts captured
  • 100 percent of follow‑ups logged
  • Weekly reporting on:
    • Agencies contacted
    • Meetings booked
    • Registrations completed
    • Presentations delivered
    • Leads submitted

  • South Africa has approximately 300 meaningful advertising agencies. The expected funnel for a strong hunter in the first 90 days is:
  • Outreach to the full universe of 300 agencies
  • Approximately 220 agencies reachable
  • Approximately 100 meetings booked
  • Approximately 80 presentations delivered
  • Approximately 30 to 40 agency registrations
  • Approximately 6 to 8 active agencies
  • Approximately 1 to 3 signed‑off deals

90 DAY PLAN
Days 1 to 30
  • Build a database of 200 to 300 agencies
  • Reach out to 150 agencies
  • Deliver 20 presentations
  • Generate 10 registrations
  • Secure 1 to 2 internal champions within targeted agency groups such as Heads of Strategy, Media Directors and Business Unit Directors
Days 31 to 60
  • Reach out to an additional 100 agencies
  • Deliver 15 more presentations (total 35)
  • Generate 10 more registrations (total 20)
  • Secure 2 to 3 lead submissions from agencies
  • Conduct 5 workshops with agency teams
Days 61 to 90
  • Deliver 10 additional presentations (total 45)
  • Generate 10 additional registrations (total 30 to 40)
  • Establish 6 to 8 active agencies
  • Secure 1 to 3 signed‑off deals
REMUNERATION

Basic salary subject to experience. Final salary will be based on proven track record, agency experience and prior performance in a similar hunter role. A higher basic salary may be considered for candidates with strong existing relationships in major agency groups or a demonstrable history of high‑performance agency sales. Commission and performance incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
