• Assist in month-end processes and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily bank journals for operating bank
• Liaison between bank and operations for ATM and Nedlink terminals
• Prepare cash position
• Review, submit and track refunds
• Monthly Credit card commission reconciliation
• Assist Accounts Payable with selected accounts
• Month-end processes i.e re-allocations of expenses and accruals
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience on Accounting software
• Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
