Current Opportunity: Account Assistant

The Account Assistant supports the Account Management team in ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding client service. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and administration.
  • Help coordinate internal teams to deliver digital and creative projects on time and on brief.
  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project trackers.
  • Assist in developing briefs, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Manage feedback loops, follow-ups, and approval processes between clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of budgets, quotes, and project documentation.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency environment (internship experience considered).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for learning.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Click up).
