A leading private education provider in South Africa is looking for an Administrative Assistant to maintain student records and support various academic activities. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Office Administration, 1-2 years’ experience in administrative roles, and is proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include data capturing, document management, and assisting in the setup of assessment cycles. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to student success.

To maintain student records, including assessment administration; collection of assessments; keeping of registers and capturing and/or importing of marks.
Classes are scheduled from 08h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday. Working hours depend on the modules allocated.
