Qualifications
- Degree in Architectural Studies, BA (AS), BSc, BArch.
- Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software.
- Demonstrates understanding of planning and building codes.
- Organised, meticulous, and analytical.
- Possesses initiative, works autonomously, and manages time well.
- Has a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform works assigned by Project Director or Architect.
- Support design and technical aspects of projects.
- Manage feasibility and design phases.
- Assist in documentation during design development.
- Liaise with consultants on design and coordination issues.
- Assist in procurement activities.
