Job description

General Goals

Ensure that the highest level of customer support is always provided to internal and external customers with a focus on a minimal design-in time and optimum customer satisfaction.

Primary Tasks

• Organizes the customer support for the company according to the statement above:
• Pre-sales assistance
• Design-In Support
• After-sales support
• Customer developments (engineering)
• Final evaluation of analysed Returned Material and feed back
• Consult the marketing service for customer projects in Support Area.
• Bench Test and RMA screening for Support Area
• Organizes and provide technical training of customers and distributors.

Secondary Tasks

• Analysis of GPS market and new project opportunities.
• Provide customer support reports.
• Provide technical market feedback and bug reports.
• Perform periodic technical competition analysis and road test.
• Perform tasks as may be required by Employer from time to time

Requirements:

Min. 3 years of Field Application work in the area of Radio Frequency, Cellular and Short Range ( Wifi and Bluetooth)

- Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics or Computer discipline

- Requires to travel to APAC region (30-50% traveling)
