Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Studies, BA (AS), BSc, BArch.
• Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software.
• Demonstrates understanding of planning and building codes.
• Organised, meticulous, and analytical.
• Possesses initiative, works autonomously, and manages time well.
• Has a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform works assigned by Project Director or Architect.
• Support design and technical aspects of projects.
• Manage feasibility and design phases.
• Assist in documentation during design development.
• Liaise with consultants on design and coordination issues.
• Assist in procurement activities.
