A leading hearing aid company in Singapore seeks a dynamic Team Manager to lead a team of test engineers. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities include resource planning, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead recruitment, resource planning, target setting, and performance management within the system and solution test domains. You will align scope, capacity, and work packages with SSIT and system test management while driving team development. The role promotes continuous improvement by analyzing test results and feedback to enhance processes and product quality.
