Job summary

A global consulting firm in Singapore seeks a candidate for a key role involving shipment inquiries and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of warehouse management experience and be proficient in WMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Responsibilities include overseeing documentation, consolidating consumable requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of reports. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for shipment inquiries, both inbound and outbound.
• Ensure internal coordination for order fulfillment.
• Generate orders using SAP and WMS.
• Oversee documentation flow and maintain records.
• Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.
• Deliver accurate reports to the warehouse in charge.

• 12 hours shift : Perm Morning: 7am-7pm/ Pem Night: 7pm-7am (Can choose)

Responsibilities

• Focal point for all shipment inquiries (Inbound, Outbound & MRB).

• Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfillment.

• Order generation in SAP & WMS.

• Oversee documentation flow and record retention.

• Consolidate requirements for operating consumables.

• Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to counterpart and the warehouse in charge

Requirements

• • Min “O” Level
• • Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences
• • Hands-on experience and knowledge in warehouse management system (WMS) and order fulfillment.
• • Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
• • Good written & spoken communication skills
