A logistics and warehouse company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin. Responsibilities include overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a tidy warehouse environment. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience and basic Microsoft Office skills are encouraged to apply. The role offers a contract from 3 months to permanent and includes forklift training. Workdays are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
Contract: 3 months to Permanent
Location: Alps Avenue
Salary up to $2450
Working days: Mon - Fri, Alternate Saturday
Office hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Monitor the receipt, booking in and dispatch of all Cargo/Goods and record data in accordance with working procedures.
Ensure all goods received are booked into the company within a timely manner and record data as necessary.
Load and off-load vehicles in a timely manner and assist with labelling and palletizing.
Respond to operational staff/customer queries.
Deal with Inventory requirements, logging incoming and outgoing shipments that are stored in our warehouse.
Ensuring regular audits are carried out on the inventory held in the warehouse.
Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant transport laws and procedures and restrictions.
Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor to identify any changes in work instructions and/or processes where appropriate, thus providing reliable handling of Cargo/Goods.
To undertake duties in accordance with defined processes and work instructions.
Preferably 1–3 years of warehouse admin or logistics experience
Forklift training provided
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Work pro-actively using own initiative. Proven communication skills both written and verbal
