Responsibilities:

• Supervised daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure efficiency and SOP compliance.

• Managed inventory control by maintaining accurate records, conducting stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies promptly.

• Prepared and maintained warehouse documentation, reports, and filing systems for tracking, audits, and operational review.

• Enforced workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and company policies while monitoring KPIs and reporting to management.

• Coordinated closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to support inventory planning and order fulfillment.

• Led and developed warehouse staff through manpower planning, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance supervision.
