About the Role

HLG Warehouse Pte. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associates to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers at our partner home & lifestyle stores, assisting with product enquiries, sales, and daily floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers
  • Handle sales transactions and process payments
  • Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment
  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
  • Work closely with team members to achieve store targets
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail sales / front desk / customer service — home goods / department store experience is a plus
  • Able to communicate clearly in English
  • Pleasant, responsible, and customer-centric attitude
  • Willing to work across different neighbourhoods in Singapore
  • Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents preferred
  • No diploma or degree required — we value attitude and retail experience
Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: From SGD 2,000+

Sales Performance Incentive / Commission
