Job summary
A digital solutions company in Singapore seeks a Lead Software Engineer to guide a team in delivering secure and high-performing digital solutions. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on leading teams and architecting full stack systems, preferably in cloud environments like AWS or Azure. This role will also focus on ensuring secure coding and compliance with public sector standards.

- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong fullstack development capabilities across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless QA integration.

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact digital projects.
- Architect and design full stack systems with strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and review secure, high-performing RESTful APIs.
- Champion secure coding standards and implement DevSecOps best practices.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless QA integration.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure cloud-aligned deployments (AWS/Azure) with robust monitoring and maintenance.
- Deliver systems integrating Singpass/Corppass and meeting public sector compliance requirements.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, technical documentation, and risk management.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong fullstack development capabilities across frontend and backend technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices and DevSecOps toolchains.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience developing government-sector systems with authentication integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
