• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of developers to deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Design and architect fullstack systems with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and review robust APIs, ensuring adherence to security and performance standards.
• Promote secure coding practices and embed DevSecOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the setup of CI/CD pipelines and integrate quality assurance within DevSecOps workflows.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure engineers to drive project success.
• Ensure cloud deployments (AWS or Azure) follow best practices for monitoring, maintenance, and performance.
• Develop systems that integrate with government authentication mechanisms (e.g., Singpass, Corppass) and comply with public sector standards.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing teams or projects.
