Job Description
Position: Customer Service Executive
Well Established Oleochemicals Supplier MNC
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Outpatient Medical Benefits and Dental Benefits Provided

Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with a cross‑functional team on executing the sales.
Communicate proactively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment, etc.
Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
Investigate and resolve regular/ad‑hoc requests or complaints.
Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
Participate in the process improvement programme as directed by the Team Leader or the Supply‑Chain team.
Understand and implement GMP + B3 and RSPO in daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any field, preferably in logistics/supply‑chain management.
Have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Must be proficient in SAP modules.
