Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming shipments and track estimated arrival times.
• Update systems with accurate shipment information.
• Prepare sea freight forwarding documents.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance for hazardous cargo.
• Coordinate with external vendors for permit declarations.
• Handle customer booking coordination.
