  • Position: Customer Service Executive
  • Well Established Oleochemicals Supplier MNC
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working Location: Pasir Panjang
  • Outpatient Medical Benefits and Dental Benefits Provided
  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a cross‑functional team on executing the sales.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on execution details such as shipment period, payment, etc.
  • Prioritise daily tasks and follow up on problem resolution that ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal/external parties to resolve issues accordingly and respond to the request clearly and concisely within an appropriate time frame.
  • Investigate and resolve regular/ad‑hoc requests or complaints.
  • Process SAP sales order management transactions (create, change, cancel) and corresponding reporting tools.
  • Participate in the process improvement programme as directed by the Team Leader or the Supply‑Chain team.
  • Understand and implement GMP + B3 and RSPO in daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field, preferably in logistics/supply‑chain management.
  • Have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be proficient in SAP modules.
