Job Responsibilities - Manufacturing
  • Manage the full order-to-cash process, from order entry to shipment coordination.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and stock verification.
  • Prepare weekly sales order/backlog reports and track deliveries.
  • Ensure all export shipment documents comply with GST regulations and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Distribution, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Use CRM systems to process orders, quotations, price approvals, sample orders, and customer data.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in order processing.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents, including COO and COC.
  • Candidate with SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Job Scope - Logistic | 3PL
  • Handle customer emails and calls, coordinating delivery orders efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints, maintaining professional and empathetic communication.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the database and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and improve customer experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Previous experience in customer support preferred.
