IT Hardware Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on individual to serve as our IT Hardware Support Specialist. You will be responsible for thephysical maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of server hardware. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a demonstrated capability in handling complex computer hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Maintenance & Repair:Perform hands‑on diagnosis, troubleshooting, and replacement of internal server components (e.g., RAM, CPUs, drives, network cards) and trading workstations.

• System Deployment:Assist with the physical assembly, installation, and initial configuration of new IT hardware and network infrastructure.

• Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of all physical changes, asset locations, and hardware inventory levels.

• Logistics & Sourcing:Handle logistics related to the shipment, receipt, and return of defective hardware components.
