We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on individual to serve as our IT Hardware Support Specialist. You will be responsible for thephysical maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment of server hardware. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a demonstrated capability in handling complex computer hardware.
Hardware Maintenance & Repair:Perform hands‑on diagnosis, troubleshooting, and replacement of internal server components (e.g., RAM, CPUs, drives, network cards) and trading workstations.
System Deployment:Assist with the physical assembly, installation, and initial configuration of new IT hardware and network infrastructure.
Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of all physical changes, asset locations, and hardware inventory levels.
Logistics & Sourcing:Handle logistics related to the shipment, receipt, and return of defective hardware components.
We are looking for candidates who can quickly adapt and possess practical, hands‑on skills. We encourage applications from the following backgrounds:
Fresh Graduates:Recent graduates fromPolytechnic programsin Computer Engineering, IT, or related technical disciplines.
Hardware Enthusiasts:Individuals with practical hardware experience gained from working inPC repair shops, electronics retail, or independent custom PC assembly.
Proven, hands‑on experience troubleshooting and assembling PC or server hardware.
