What You’ll Be Doing

• Market Intelligence & Analysis Research market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities to support trade strategies and decision-making.
• KPI Management Set, monitor, and analyze trade KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
• Space Control & Optimization Maximize vessel space utilization and prioritize loading for VIP customers and sensitive cargo types such as Reefer.
• Customer Engagement & Business Development Promote our service offerings and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to drive growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI applications.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry practices.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable with client interactions.
• Open to business travel when required.
