Procurement Assistant
Location: Tampines North
Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, AL (from 10 days)
- Source and place orders for products/raw materials under the supervision of the Procurement Director.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Verify purchase orders for accuracy, including product specifications, costs, and delivery details.
- Seek approval from senior staff before finalizing orders.
- Liaise with vendors to gather bids and procurement specifications.
- Conduct initial inspections of products/packaging for defects.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2 years of sourcing/procurement experience (preferred manufacturing background).
- Proficiency in ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
