Job summary
A well-established e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage daily administrative tasks, oversee e-commerce activities, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience with various e-commerce platforms and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Fringe benefits include guaranteed sales commission, medical benefits, and paid leave. This position offers a 5-day work week with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

- Handle daily administrative tasks like data entry and document preparation.
- Upload and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate customer orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Liaise with the warehouse team for order processing.
- Support marketing campaigns and content creation.

- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Upload and maintain new product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
- Oversee all e-commerce activities, from order placement to successful delivery.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately to fulfill requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking and reconciling physical stock.
- Assist in monitoring online platforms, product listings, and promotions.
- Support marketing campaigns.
- Participate in and appear for shoots, content, and live sessions when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok, logistics, or related administrative work (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outspoken individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for live sessions or content if required.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- SEM/SEO knowledge is a bonus.
- Manage and familiar with Shopify platform.
