• Minimum N-Level qualification.
• Able to read and respond to emails in English.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy parts.
• Strong team player with good cooperation and support skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Prepare and update daily reports.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with drivers for urgent deliveries.
• Arrange red rush deliveries when required.
• Handle ad-hoc collections for urgent requests from engineers or call management.
• Process manual releases upon HPE approval.
• Manage EXPO orders during system maintenance periods.
• Verify stock availability through the Easitool website.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
