Job description
Objective
  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational facets, including project management, service delivery, supply chain management, quality control, and ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
  • This role requires a blend of exceptional leadership skills and expert technical knowledge of power systems technologies.
  • This role involves strategic operational leadership combined with deep technical knowledge of power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), generators, and data center infrastructure.
The Role
  • Reports directly to the Country Managing Director.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, drive growth, and align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Project Oversight – Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex power systems installation and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and meeting client specifications and safety compliance.
  • Technical Leadership – Possess expert knowledge of power systems technologies (single-phase and three-phase UPS, diesel generators, static transfer switches, etc.) to provide guidance and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Team Management & Mentorship – Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including Service Technicians, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Electrical Application Engineering department, Production department, Warehouse department, and other department heads, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Management – Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics, to optimize costs and ensure a reliable supply of equipment and parts.
  • Financial Management – Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and ensure profitable margins on projects and services.
  • Quality & Compliance – Implement and enforce quality control processes and ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Relation – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
What Do You Need to Have?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering, or any a related discipline.
  • He/she must possess at least 10 years of experience in project management and operations within the power solutions industry, or electrical/power engineering industry, with significant experience in a senior management role.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power systems (LV & HV), data center power management, and relevant power technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
