The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields and 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in the wine or FMCG industry. Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate across teams are essential. The role emphasizes ensuring stock availability and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics, preferably within wines, spirits, FMCG, or luxury goods.
• Proven experience managing international supply chains and bonded warehouses.
• Strong analytical skills for demand and supply forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall management of purchasing process for Singapore and overseas markets.
• Negotiate with suppliers to align purchase order quantities according to sales orders.
• Develop and update purchasing calendar with forecasted collection dates.
