Job summary
A financial service company in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to manage financial transactions, including payments, loans, and banking activities. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Banking and 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail are essential. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

- Assist with all financial transactions, including payments, loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and receivables financing.
- Manage daily cash flow and banking activities.
- Record and process incoming and outgoing transactions accurately.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle trade-related activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), bonds, and performance applications.
- Participate in month‑end financial reporting.
- Review and approve vendor bank account creation in the SAP system.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous with numbers and able to meet bank cutoff deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Letters of Credit is an advantage.
- Independent, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
