Job description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of on-site activities to ensure successful delivery of marine and offshore projects and overseeing fabrication, installation, and repair works on-site while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and execute on-site activities including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination with project teams.
  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and reviews of piping, structural, and fabrication drawings.
  • Oversee fabrication and installation of piping and structural projects on-site.
  • Lead and supervise third-party services, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities at shipyards.
  • Identify and address potential or current breaches in HSE, ensuring strict compliance with company protocols and safety standards.
  • Manage multiple trades simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
  • Generate daily technical and manpower/fabrication/material reports for internal use, and assist QA/QC in compiling documentation. Contribute to installation and repair projects on-site, ensuring quality and timely execution. Develop detailed project-based tool and equipment requirements. Attend site meetings with clients, vendors, and classification surveyors, representing the company professionally.
  • Ensure effective communication with multinational clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical trade certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fabrication and piping within FSO/FPSO and/or marine sectors, under Piping or Hull departments.
Working Hours:
  • 5.5-day workweek (Monday to Saturday).
  • Occasional overtime and site visits may be required based on project needs.
Annual Leave:
  • 14 days of holiday per year with increments each year
