System Analyst jobs in Singapore

We are looking for an engineer to support the day-to-day operation of IT support. The primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware and other related monitoring systems. You will also be working closely with the users in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Perform daily operation and management on virtual machines.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other IT related problems.
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring company applications.
• Performing IT project coordination.
• Developing program or plugin for system monitoring or integration when necessary.
• Support daily operation on DR data centre.
• Handling invoice with IT vendors.

Requirements:

• Understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Familiar with Linux/Windows server operations.
• Experience on JAVA/Python/VBA/Shell Scripting programming.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers.
• Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
• Familiar with operation process in Singapore large data centre.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
