Job description

Responsibilities

Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Create Functional Specification Document (FSD)
Define Data Mapping Specifications
Formulate Test Strategy
Review Unit Test, SIT, UAT approaches, test cases, and results
Review and prioritize defects
Support deployment and post-deployment activities
Provide project status updates and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

Strong business domain knowledge in banking
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or equivalent
Excellent quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills
Understanding of technology and operational processes across banking functions
Resourceful team player
Familiarity with change management and project management principles
Strategic thinking with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills
Passionate, diligent, and resilient, capable of thriving in ambiguity
Experience in scoping and evaluation, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology risks
Minimum 10 years of relevant banking or consulting experience
Passion for learning and problem-solving
