- Provide pre-sales and post sales support to customer on semiconductors testing.
- Maintain customer satisfaction to become the preferred tester platform.
- Deliver projects and support Test Program/Test Library creation.
- Consult on Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects.
- Provide post sales consulting and support for test methodology enhancements.
- Support and debug production issues like correlation and yield discrepancies.
- Deliver application training and knowledge transfer for customers.
- Hands-on with automatic test equipment (ATE) system development.
- Understand ATE environment for testing integrated circuits.
- Provide pre-sales and post sales support to customer on semiconductors testing
- Maintain customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform
- Project delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or cosultation as required by customer
- Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects
- Post sales consulting and support including test methodology enhacements and modifications, test hardware/software feature recommendations and audit
- Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time and yield discrepancy etc
- Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
- Hands on to both automatic test equipment (ATE) system development and product testing
- Well understanding in ATE environment, knows application to test integrated circuits that combine multiple functions, including logic, analog, RF, and digital signals
- 5 days work week
