Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to join the project team for transitioning from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud Fusion. You will support process changes, engage with end-users, and provide functional training and support. Candidates should have a financial or accounting background, familiarity with Oracle systems, and experience in UAT testing. This is a 1-year contract role with a salary of up to $6800.

Location: Eunos

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 (4 days WFO, 1 day WFH)

Salary: Up to $6800

Job Responsibilities:

To be part of the project team in the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premises to Oracle Cloud Fusion to enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance and support data-driven decision making.

  • Responsible to provide requirements to functional leads for changes needed to the work processes, workflow to meet business requirements and Oracle best practices.
  • To articulate and document reporting requirements for data setup or capture that is dependent on the data entry of other end users within the requirements gathering process.
  • Responsible to assess own functional department process change impact and incorporate these changes into their own internal documentations where applicable.
  • Support data migration, integration and reporting strategy across the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Responsible to engage relevant users within finance department for project participation and relevant trainings.
  • Provide functional support in training sessions and documentation for successful deployment and user adoption.
  • Provide functional support for end-users and assist in the various testing phases and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide post-implementation support, issues resolution, and continuous improvement recommendation.
Job Requirements:
  • Financial and accounting background, insurance related background
  • To be familiar with Oracle cloud systems
  • Familiar and part of the implementation team – financial side
  • Have done implementation before
  • Familiar with doing testing – UAT
