A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage inbound and outbound cargo, liaise with teams and customers, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications. This role offers opportunities to support process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsabilidades
- Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound cargo.
- Liaise with internal teams, external carriers, and customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics.
- Prepare reports and analysis for process improvement.
- Support implementation of new logistics initiatives.

- Liaise with internal teams, external carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise

- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, customs regulations, and supply chain management principles
