• Take responsibility for handling damaged shipment claims.
• Collaborate with logistics planners for shipment forecasts and availability.
• Liaise with Facility Manager and Finance on operational issues.
• Monitor incoming materials and outgoing finished products for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and international trade.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.
