A national employers' organization in Singapore is seeking a Head of Advisory, Resource and Consultancy Centre (ARCC) to lead strategic initiatives, enhance employer support, and drive transformation. Candidates should possess at least 10 years of leadership experience, business qualifications, and a solid grasp of employment laws. You will oversee consultancy services, digital innovations, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen organizational impact. This is a pivotal role that contributes to SNEF's mission as a trusted authority on workforce issues.
Reports to: Assistant Chief Executive (Membership, Advisory and Training)
The HOD ARCC is a leadership role within SNEF, responsible for establishing and driving the Advisory, Resource and Consultancy Centre (ARCC) as a one-stop platform for employers. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality advisory, consultancy, and research services, scaling SNEF’s digital transformation in employer support, and strengthening SNEF’s position as the trusted authority on employment, workplace and workforce transformation matters. The HOD ARCC is both an independent contributor (capable of guiding employers on workplace and workforce challenges) and an aggregator and collaborator who aligns internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve ARCC’s deliverables.
