Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales.

Our client is currently seeking a Boutique Manager for a upcoming Luxury Timepiece Boutique based in Orchard

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the optimization of the overall sales performance of the store, through the constant increase of customer service standards and the continuous development of the product knowledge and of the team selling skills
  • Constantly monitors the team sales performance through the main KPIs, establishing and implementing specific action plans in order to improve sales
  • Analyze the market context in which works and to suggest improvements, understands market trends and competitors in order to analyze and identify business opportunities/initiatives with the aim of improving sales, promoting new products
  • Maintains excellent customer relationships, coordinating the store team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Creates a cohesive team coordinating its different activities in order to make sure that the team members are always motivated and competent
  • Ensures the professional growth, the product knowledge and the training of the store team, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date about the luxury industry and create career plans for the team
  • Oversees the visual merchandising practices and standards ensuring that the store windows, the displays and the store and product image are in line with the corporate and Central Visual guidelines
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the stockroom, coordinating the Retail Operations team, in order to guarantee that it is in line with the sales potential
Requirements:
  • With at least 5 year solid luxury retail sales experience
  • Prior exposure in luxury goods such as timepiece, fashion or jewellery is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Team player with ability to perform in fast pace environment
