  • Meet weekly operational KPIs, including sales targets.
  • Participate in HQ meetings and training sessions.
  • Be on standby for urgent operational matters.

  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and maintenance vendors without administrative assistance.

  • Maintain store standards, merchandising layouts, housekeeping, and compliance with HQ guidelines.

  • Meet weekly operational KPIs, including sales targets, inventory accuracy, and audit results.

  • Participate in HQ meetings and training sessions, sometimes withsame-day notice.

  • Beon standbyfor urgent operational matters throughout the week.
