Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly committed Shop Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations of a busy retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeall opening and closing proceduresincluding cash reconciliation and daily reporting.

• Ensure smooth store operations during all peak periods, includingweekends, public holidays, and promotional events.

• Manage staff schedules and attendance; be prepared tocover shifts on short noticedue to manpower gaps.

• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, even when they occuroutside regular operating hours.

• Conductdaily stock counts, track shrinkage, and provide corrective action plans.

• Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and maintenance vendors without administrative assistance.

• Maintain store standards, merchandising layouts, housekeeping, and compliance with HQ guidelines.

• Meet weekly operational KPIs, including sales targets, inventory accuracy, and audit results.

• Participate in HQ meetings and training sessions, sometimes withsame-day notice.

• Beon standbyfor urgent operational matters throughout the week.
