About the job Finance Manager
- Location: East Area
- Work Schedule: 5 Days work week
- Role Type: Permanent Role
- Salary: up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
- Preparing financial reports, managing the month-end closing process, and overseeing monthly financial forecasting.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for the Group.
- Managing forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitoring cash flow and liquidity.
- Supporting management and project teams in project costing, budget allocation, expenditure tracking, cost forecasting, project delivery governance, accounting treatments, and project monitoring reports.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Managing the year-end audit process and collaborating with auditors.
- Handling tax computations and liaising with tax agents.
- Undertaking finance-related projects and addressing other finance-related matters as required.
- Reporting to the Business Unit head (CEO) and Finance Manager and performing all assistant tasks delegated by Superior.
Requirements:
- ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Manager or relevant experiences.
- Preferably experienced with SAP and project management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
