We’re looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Specialist (ASEAN) to support the ASEAN teams’ commercial performance. This role reports to the Senior Manager Commercial Finance based in Singapore.
This is an individual contributor role and will provide business insights and recommendations that drive strategic transformation. You will partner with sales and other cross‑functional teams, provide robust financial outlooks, lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to business cases for profit optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own commercial finance performance for the ASEAN cluster.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and analysis for sub‑regional sales leaders to drive business performance.
- Serve as a trusted partner to sales and cross‑functional teams, supporting the strategic growth agenda.
- Collaborate with Category Development, Planning, Technical Services and Commercial teams on short‑ and long‑term performance focus.
- Lead finance support for key customer negotiations, contract negotiations, pricing, and cost mechanisms.
- Produce insightful reporting, review monthly performance with commercial leaders, identifying risks and opportunities to support regional targets.
- Ensure financial forecasts reflect S&OP plans, pipelines and current initiatives, including pricing trends.
- Interface with sub‑regional AR/Collections to drive cash‑flow improvements and mitigate write‑off exposure.
- Leverage management information to deliver incremental performance gains across sub‑regions.
FP&A – Forecasting, Budgets and 5‑Year Plan
- Communicate drivers of performance versus budget forecast and previous year to Regional Finance/FPA teams and sub‑regional leaders.
- Lead delivery of all forecast, budget and 5‑year planning processes with sales leaders, securing approval from Regional leadership.
- Own the financial outlook process, supporting the Regional Finance team for Group FPA/CFO meetings.
- Support management reporting for the Regional Finance team.
Annual Contracting
- Own the annual contracting process, ensuring the sub‑region meets regional targets in partnership with Regional Finance.
- Challenge sales and product management on annual volume and pricing targets ahead of the contracting round.
- Lead weekly reporting and value‑add review meetings with sub‑regional management and product managers.
- Provide real‑time impact analysis on contracting results, quickly resolving issues and quantifying consequences.
EHS Supporting
You must have a safety mindset and work with stakeholders to achieve EHS excellence.
Location
Singapore office located in Biopolis (Buona Vista MRT).
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; may hold a professional qualification at this level.
- Minimum 7–10 years of commercial business‑partnering experience, especially with sales teams.
- Specialist knowledge of financial modelling, commercial planning and risk management.
- Strong communication skills to persuade and influence stakeholders.
