Qualifications

• Solid track record in a listed environment, preferably in property trusts or real estate firms.
• Ability to navigate SGX Listing Rules, MAS requirements, and Companies Act obligations.
• Proven capability to manage compliance deadlines and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run the full cycle of board and committee meetings including agendas and minutes.
• Handle statutory submissions such as SGX announcements and MAS filings.
• Liaise with auditors during review periods.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements under SFRS.
