A security services company based in Singapore seeks a security officer to manage multiple properties. Responsibilities include oversight of security duties, compliance checks, and emergency response. Candidates must have a valid Class 2 license, own a motorbike, and possess at least 1 year of security experience. This role involves shift work with 6 days off per month.
Competenze
- PWM Grade of SSO and above required.
- Valid Class 2 license mandatory.
- Must own a motorbike.
- At least 1 year of security experience.
Mansioni
- Manage a cluster of 10-18 properties.
- Conduct compliance checks and escalate issues.
- Perform patrol and clocking duties.
Conoscenze
- Manage a cluster of 10-18 properties. The sites are geographically clustered to minimise travel time.
- Security duties include clocking, observation of security threats, incident reporting and respond to emergencies.
- Emergency response: To respond to fire alarm activation or any other emergencies onsite.
- To conduct investigation with findings, incident management and reporting.
- Perform patrol and clocking duties as per shift roster.
- Conduct compliance checks in accordance building by-laws and escalate to management when non-adherance is observed.
- PWM Grade of SSO and above. (SOs with extensive experience and ambition are welcome to apply).
- Valid Class 2 license
- Owns motorbike
- Atleast 1 year of security experience.
- 6 days off per month
- 0730hrs to 1930hrs
