What the role is:
You are responsible for integrating, maintaining and enhancing Performance Management (PM) databases. You drive data-driven decision making through conducting meaningful analytics and implementing process improvements to support talent development and performance evaluation across the organisation.
What you will be working on:
- Manage and enhance databases to enable efficient data extraction and analysis- Conduct trend analysis of performance and potential related measurements to provide actionable insights- Oversee electronic Performance Management Report (ePMR) system improvements for better user experience, address system queries and support HR information system development- Coordinate with Public Service Division on data flow optimisation and eADP form enhancements- Introduce and implement relevant automation tools to improve current processes- Manage the enhancement of ranking, promotion and appraisal processes while refining policies and frameworksChallenge(s)- Navigating the complexities of modern information technologies to drive process improvement and automation- Ensuring data integrity- Coordinating multiple stakeholder requirements
What we are looking for:
- Education in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR systems, data management and analytics is preferred- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders- Proficiency in data analysis tools, automation technologies and HR information systemsAppointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
